Huskies Late First Half Rally Pushes UConn
Over St. John's


Junior Ashley Battle score 15 points off the bench and grabbed eight rebounds in UConn's win.

 
 
Maria Conlon moves into a tie for seventh-place on the UConn career 3-point list with Svetlana Abrosimova with her current total of 141.

Sophomore Willnett Crockett had eight points and three rebounds in the win.

Sophomore Ann Strother recorded her first double-double of the season and third of her career.

Senior Diana Taurasi played only 12-minutes in UConn's win. She scored two points making both free-throw attempts.

Junior Ashley Valley played 23 minutes off the bench. She scored five points and had four assists.

Senior Morgan Valley notched seven points and brought down five rebounds.
 

The University of Connecticut women's soccer team was honored at half time by the Division of Athletics for the team run to the National Championship game in December.
