Huskies Compete at the Head of the Charles
BOSTON, MA (October 19) – The University of
Connecticut women’s rowing team competed at the Head of the Charles
Regatta on Sunday morning. The women’s varsity eight crew was the only
boat to compete in the day’s activities.
UConn finished in 16th place with a time of
17:53.84, in a competition with 38 other boats. Queen’s University (Canada)
placed first (16:47.32), while the University of Louisville took second place
(17:01.36.
The UConn rowing team will compete at the head of the
Schuulkill on October 25.
