HEAD WOMEN'S LACROSSE COACH
The University of Connecticut is accepting applications and nominations for
the full-time position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This individual will be
responsible for providing organization and administration of all phases of the
lacrosse program. Other responsibilities include: commitment to academics;
recruiting; budget management; fundraising; scheduling; and organization of a
Big East NCAA Division I lacrosse program.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; commitment to academic success of
student-athletes; a strong understanding of and commitment to NCAA regulations;
intercollegiate lacrosse coaching experience; outstanding organizational,
communication and public relations skills; the ability to operate a successful
program within NCAA, Big East and University regulations; ability to
teach/communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree; Division I coaching experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience; this is a full-time 10 month, end date
position subject to annual renewal.
