Football Stumbles at
North Carolina 38-12

Junior running back Donald Brown rushed for 161 yards and cracked 1,000 for the season in the Huskies' 38-12 loss at North Carolina on Saturday night.


CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (Oct. 4, 2008) ---
North Carolina blocked three UConn punts in the second quarter – the third resulting in a touchdown – as the Tar Heels handed the No. 24/23 Husky football team their first loss of the season by a score of 38-12 before a crowd of 59,500 at Kenan Stadium. [continues]
