Mobile Tickets - University of Connecticut Athletics

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

UConn Athletics tickets are distributed through mobile delivery and accessed by smartphones. Please use the following guides to assist with downloading, transferring and accepting mobile tickets.

NOTE (SEASON TICKET HOLDERS): This season, we are introducing the ALL-IN-1 pass. The ALL-IN-1 pass is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update for each home game. The ALL-IN-1 pass consolidates your entire season into a single pass/ticket on your digital wallet. NOTE: MOBILE TICKETS NEED TO BE ACCESSED AND MANAGED ON A SMARTPHONE & CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED FROM A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP.

DOWNLOADING FROM MY ACCOUNT

STEP 1:

Scroll down to “My Upcoming Events”. A list of your upcoming events will appear, tap the link of the game you wish to download.

STEP 3:

If you want to add all your tickets to your digital wallet with one click, tap “Add All to Apple Wallet/Google Wallet”.

To add select tickets one at a time, scroll down and a list of seats will appear, tap Apple Wallet or Google Wallet* icon to view the ticket then add to your digital wallet.

*Google Wallet is an app that must be downloaded and setup prior to adding tickets to your digital wallet.

STEP 4:

Click ADD ALL (or ADD) in the upper righthand corner and repeat for each seat or set of seats you wish to download.

DOWNLOADING FROM EMAIL

Single Game Tickets

STEP 1:

You will receive an email from tickets@uconnhuskies.com with the subject "Your Mobile Tickets Have Arrived". Click on the link for the game you want to add to your phone.

STEP 2:

Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet App*. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access.

*Google Wallet is an app that must be downloaded and setup prior to adding tickets to your digital wallet.

STEP 3:

For Apple Wallet, tap the ‘Add’ button to add your tickets to your Wallet. On event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your ticket can be found in your Wallet app on your iPhone.

For Google Wallet, just save to your phone. Tap ‘Save to phone’ and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in the Google Wallet App on event day. Your ticket can be found in your GWallet app on your phone.

TRANSFER TICKETS

HOW TO TRANSFER FROM MOBILE:

(Friendly reminder, do not transfer tickets to yourself (same account/email address). Please read ‘Downloading from My Account’ for steps on accessing/downloading tickets.

STEP 1:

Tap “Transfer Tickets” from menu options.

STEP 3:

A list of your events will appear, click the event(s) you hope to transfer.

STEP 4:

A list of seats will appear, select the seat(s) you hope to transfer. Tap “Continue”.

STEP 5:

Enter the name & email address of the person that will receive the transfer. Tap “Use Mobile Number Instead” if you prefer to send transfer notification via text. Click “Review Transfer”. (Remember to double check the information is accurate.)

STEP 6:

Once you have reviewed that the item, seat locations and recipient information is accurate, tap “Transfer Tickets”.

The transfer invitation has been sent! You may cancel the transfer any time before it’s accepted. Once accepted you’ll no longer have access to the original tickets.

ACCEPT THE TRANSFER

HOW TO ACCEPT TRANSFER FROM MOBILE:

(Note: MOBILE TICKETS NEED TO BE ACCESSED AND MANAGED ON A SMARTPHONE & CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED FROM A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP.)

STEP 1:

You will receive an email from UConn Athletics Ticket Office (athtickets@uconn.edu) letting you know someone is transferring your tickets. Tap on “Accept Transfer” to accept the tickets.

STEP 2:

If you already have a UConn Ticket Office account, please Sign In with your email address and previously created password. If you are new to UConn Tickets, you will have to create an account.

STEP 3:

Your transferred tickets are now in your account!

Tap the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet icon to view the tickets and add to your digital wallet.

DONATE YOUR TICKET TO A UCONN STUDENT

Donating your tickets to UConn students is simple – just transfer your tickets to athtickets@uconn.edu by following these steps:

1. Login to your account (UConnHuskies.com/myaccount)

2. Tap “Transfer tickets” and click the event and seats you want to transfer

3. Enter athtickets@uconn.edu and click “Review Transfer”

4. Tap “Transfer Tickets”

We will take it from there. By donating your tickets, you’ll not only assist us in creating the best possible home environment for our team, but you’ll provide some UConn students with a special opportunity to experience game days.

SEATGEEK

SeatGeek is the new Official Ticket Marketplace of UConn Athletics. If you are not able to make it to a game, you will be able to list and sell your tickets on SeatGeek.
