March 21, 2010 vs. No. 16 seed Southern University
- UConn advances to the second round of the NCAA Tournament where it will face either No. 8 seed Temple or No. 9 seed James Madison on Tuesday, March 23 in Norfolk, Va. Tip time is TBA and it will be televised live on either ESPN or ESPN2.
