No. 4 UConn Welcomes No. 5 Stanford on Monday

STORRS, Conn. - The No. 4 Huskies are set to host No. 5 Stanford on Monday, November 21 at 7:30 p.m. in Hartford at the XL Center. The showdown between two of the nation's top teams will be aired on ESPNU. The game will be aired locally on the UConn Radio Network.
The Cardinal and Huskies are set at an even 6-6 all-time record with each other while Stanford was the last victor with a 71-59 defeat of the Huskies ending UConn's historic 90-game win streak. The two universities have built a remarkable rivalry, playing in six games in the past four years with three of those coming in the Final Four.
Both teams hold perfect records entering Monday's contest as the Huskies are 2-0 and the Cardinal are 3-0.
The Huskies, who have defeated their past nine opponents ranked in the AP top-five, have been led by sophomore Bria Hartley in the first two games averaging 17.5 points per game with a 52 percent field goal percentage. UConn has five members of the team averaging double figure scoring performances in the first two games in Hartley, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, Tiffany Hayes, Stefanie Dolson and Caroline Doty.
