STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's basketball team will hold its senior day ceremony at 6:44 p.m. on Saturday, February 18 prior to the contest against St. John's. Fans are asked to arrive at Gampel Pavilion early and be in their seats for the ceremony to honor Tiffany Hayesand the team's seven senior managers. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:06 p.m.

St. John's comes into the game in a tie for third place in the conference with a 9-3 mark. The Red Storm 17-8 overall and are receiving votes in the national polls.

Hayes has put together the finest year of her standout career at UConn and is leading the second-ranked Huskies at 15.9 points per game. She has also posted career bests in field goal percentage, 3-point field goal percentage and rebounds per game.

The team has one more home game remaining but Saturday will be the season's final contest in Storrs.
