Andra Espinoza-Hunter Leaves UConn Women's Basketball Team

STORRS, Conn. - Freshman guard Andra Espinoza-Hunter has decided to transfer from the University of Connecticut women's basketball program, as announced by head coach Geno Auriemma on Friday.
"I have enjoyed getting to know Andy and her family," Auriemma said. "Everyone at UConn wishes Andy all the best as she continues her college career elsewhere."
The Ossining, N.Y. native averaged 2.0 points in 7.0 minutes per game for UConn this season.
