Join UConn Football for Rebroadcast of Inaugural Game at the Rent!

First Game of #UConnTailgate Series!
STORRS, Conn. - With the 2020 UConn football season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team is planning on coming together with UConn Nation virtually to relive some of the great games in UConn football history.
Join us on Thursday, September 3 at 7 p.m. for a rebroadcast of the inaugural game at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field, a 34-10 victory over Indiana on August 30, 2003. Dan Orlovsky completed 26-of-42 attempts for 307 yards and three touchdowns while Terry Caulley registered 166 yards on the ground. Â
The game will be rebroadcast via Facebook.com/UConnHuskies and we encourage fans to follow along and live tweet during the game along with several alums by using the hashtag #UConnTailgate.Â
Alums who are expected to be joining us are Orlovsky, Uyi Osunde, Sean Mulcahy, Caulley, Brian Markowski, Ryan Krug, Mike Kodish, Matt Nuzie and many more members of the 2003 team!
