Azzi Fudd to Make Return vs. Georgetown

UNCASVILLE, Conn. – UConn women's basketball sophomore guard Azzi Fudd will return to game action today when the top-seeded Huskies begin BIG EAST Tournament play vs. Georgetown in the quarterfinals at noon on FS1.
Fudd missed the last 14 games of the regular season after injuring her knee in UConn's game vs. Georgetown on Jan. 15.
In nine games this season, Fudd averaged 17.9 points per game while shooting 53.4 percent from the field and 43.4 from three-point range.
Graduate student Dorka Juhász is also available after missing UConn's regular-season finale with a sprained ankle.
This will be just the second game this season that all 10 Huskies who are able to play this year will be available for game action. UConn last had 10 players available vs. Texas on Nov. 14, 2022.
