STORRS, Conn. - Former UConn soccer player Duda Santin has signed a professioanl contract with Gremio in the first division of the Brazilian football league system, Brasileirao A1.

The club is based in in Porte Alegre, the capital city of Rio Grande de Sul in Southern Brazil.

Santin played in 36 career games in three seasons for the Huskies from 2019-22. The forward scored three goals and added three assists in her career.

Gremio will play its next game on May 5 Athletico Paranaense.
