Aaliyah Edwards, Canada Win Bronze at FIBA AmeriCup

LEON, Mexico – UConn women's basketball senior forward Aaliyah Edwards helped Canada Basketball to the bronze medal at the 2023 FIBA Women's AmeriCup.
Edwards averaged 10.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in the tournament.
Canada went 6-1 in the tournament, including a 4-0 run in the group stage.
Edwards will return to Canada to compete in the 2023 GLOBL JAM in Toronto with the Canadian U23 team from July 12-16. She was named the MVP of the inaugural GLOBL Jam last year.
