The topic of leadership provides a natural platform for cohesively addressing a range of unique student-athlete needs, interests, and opportunities that pertain to athletics, academics, professional development, personal development, and community outreach.
In addition to pillar programming, the Husky Advantage is home to a Leadership Institute that provides student-athletes with valuable knowledge, experiences, and skills to maximize growth during their time at UConn and simultaneously set the stage for success after graduation.
