Please reference below important information regarding UConn home game hospitality this season.
Code of Conduct
Please see below for code of conduct related to all hospitality spaces and venues.
- Access to these clubs is one way that we demonstrate sincere appreciation for our most generous Husky Athletic Fund supporters. You are provided a limited number of passes so that we can show our gratitude to as many donors as possible, through access to this exclusive space. As such, please help us safeguard this benefit by using the access credentials for you and your immediate guests only. It is prohibited to pass hospitality credentials or food and beverage to individuals outside your allotted limit. Anyone who is seen violating this policy will be issued a written warning. If the behavior continues, a UConn Athletics representative will contact the donor of record and revoke hospitality passes for the remainder of the season. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Please help keep our clubs clean by throwing away your empty plates and cans.
- Please be respectful of all working staff, both from UConn and our partners at each venue.
If you have Legends Lounge passes, please note the operational procedures at Men’s Basketball Gampel games.
- While in the shared hallway, please keep noise to a minimum until you are inside the hospitality space so our team can adequately prepare for the game.
- Absolutely no photos, videos, or autographs of any team members will be allowed at any point.
- When the team is entering or exiting the court, you will be stopped by security to create space between hospitality and the team. The pause will be brief, and we appreciate your patience at these times.
Operating Hours
Gampel Pavilion for ALL clubs:
- Clubs open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Bar and food service will close during the first half of play and reopen at halftime until the beginning of the second half.
- Bathrooms will be accessible for the duration of the game.
PeoplesBank Arena for CHAMPIONS CLUB
The new premium club space at PeoplesBank Arena comes with the added benefit of keeping beverage service open into the second half. Please note this differs from the operations at Gampel Pavilion and All-American Club at PeoplesBank Arena.
- Champions Club will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Food service will open when the club does and remain open until the end of halftime.
- Bar service will remain open from club open until halfway through the second half for all games. Once the second half begins, bar service will turn to a cash bar for all beverages (non-alcoholic included).
- Bathrooms will be accessible for the duration of the game.
PeoplesBank Arena for ALL-AMERICAN CLUB
All-American Club at PeoplesBank Arena will follow standard operating hours as seen at Gampel Pavilion.
- Club opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Bar and food service will close during the first half of play and reopen at halftime until the beginning of the second half.
- Bathrooms will be accessible for the duration of the game.
Hospitality Locations
Gampel Pavilion
- Champions Club is located behind Section 109. To enter the club pregame, please go to the exterior entrance across from the Bookstore and South Garage, located on Jim Calhoun Way. The club can also be accessed via the concourse if entering through main arena gates.
- Legends Lounge (Men’s Basketball only) is located at court level behind the walls of the lower bowl between Section 101 & 124. You may access the space via the exterior North Will Call entry or via the tunnel between Sections 101 & 124 if entering through main arena gates. Please see map below for directions.
- All-American Club is located in the lobby of the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium. It can only be accessed once you arrive inside the arena through the main gates. The entrance can be found on the concourse behind Section 121.
PeoplesBank Arena
- Champions Club is the brand new premium court level space, returning to its previous location. This space can be found through two tunnel access points: near Section 124 or Section 119 or via the main escalator from the lobby down to court level. Please see a detailed map below.
- All-American Club remains in the same location as the previous season in the Exhibition Hall on court level. This space can be found through the tunnel near Section 124 or via the main escalator from the lobby down to the court level. Please see a detailed map below.

Gameday Parking at Gampel Pavilion
Please see below for the gameday parking options for games at Gampel Pavilion. Due to construction, Patio lot will be closed for the duration of the season.
