2023 Season: First Team All-BIG EAST. BIG EAST All-Tournament team. Closes his two-year UConn career in the record books, finishing fourth-all time in slugging percentage (.609), tied for eighth with 28 career home runs and 11th in runs batted in (132). His 17 home runs this season is the most for a Husky since Joe DeRoche-Duffin hit 17 long balls in 2016. He hit .341 with BIG EAST leading 21 doubles and 66 runs batted in. Led the team with 20 multi-RBI games and added 22 multi-hit efforts. Scored 50 runs, walked 34 times and stole four bases in six attempts. Led the team with a .688 slugging percentage and posted a .442 on-base percentage. Led the BIG EAST with 143 total bases. Hit his first home run of the season over the batter's eye at Ed Smith Stadium vs. Ohio State (2/19). Went 6-12 with four doubles and four runs batted in at FAU (3/3-3/5). Clubbed two doubles and drove in a run at Hawaii (3/10). Went 2-5 with a pair of doubles and two runs batted in at Hawaii (3/13) to secure a series win. Hit a two-run homer and scored three runs at San Diego State (3/16). Drove in three on a pair of doubles and three hits at San Diego State (3/18). Hit a walk-off three-run home run vs. Rutgers (3/26) to capture a series sweep. Doubled and homered while driving in three vs. Hartford (3/29). Went 2-4 with a home run and 3 RBIs at St. John's (4/6). Homered in all three games at Xavier (4/14-15) and drove in six in the series. Went 7-14 with two home runs, drove in six runs and scored five runs vs. Butler (5/11-13). Hit two-run homer in BIG EAST regular season title clinching game at Creighton (5/20). Drove in a season-high five runs on a pair of hits vs. Georgetown (5/26) in the BIG EAST Championship. Notched a three-hit game that featured a two-run home run to lift the Huskies against Florida A&M (6/3) in the NCAA Gainesville Regional. Logged three hits at No. 2 Florida (6/4) in the NCAA Gainesville Regional with a pair of hits off Hurston Waldrep. Ended the season with a season-high 28 game reach base streak.
2022 Season: BIG EAST All-Tournament team. Started all 66 games at first base for the Huskies in 2022. Hit .327 with team-high 69 runs scored, 85 hits, 20 doubles, two triples, 11 home runs and led the Huskies with 66 runs batted in. Second on the team with 39 walks and added seven stolen bases. Second on the team with with 25 multi-hit games and 17 multi-RBI games. Reached base safely in final 20 games of the season. One of two Huskies in program history to score and drive in more than 65 runs in a single-season (Mike Olt, 2010). Ranked third in single-season history with 69 runs scored and fourth with 66 runs batted in.  Went 3-5 with a triple and go-ahead RBI single in ninth inning at FIU (3/4). Notched three hits including a double and scored three runs to help Huskies sweep FIU (3/6). Hit grand slam home run to lift Huskies to series opening win at Pepperdine (3/11). Smashed a three-run homer in series finale at Pepperdine (3/13). Went 2-5 with a mammoth home run in triumph at No. 25 USC (3/15). Went 2-4 with four runs scored and four runs driven in against URI (3/25). Hit a home run against Boston College (3/29). Smacked a pair of doubles and drove in a pair against Merrimack (4/6). Notched three hits and scored three runs (4/12). Hit a pair of home runs and drove in six vs. UMass (4/19). Went 5-10 with three doubles in series win vs. Villanova (4/22-24). Went 4-5 with three doubles and three runs batted in vs. Yale (4/27). Went 2-4 with a home run, three runs batted in and three runs scored in win at Butler (4/30). Went 3-6 with a pair of home runs at Bryant (5/17). Went 2-5 with a go-ahead RBI single vs. Wake Forest in College Park Regional (6/3). Went 2-5 with a double and RBI in Game 1 victory of Super Regionals at No. 2 Stanford (6/11). Bases clearing double in Game 3 of Super Regionals at No. 2 Stanford (6/13).Â
