Nick Green is in his third year as the UConn Football Director of Creative Content in 2025.
Green is responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of UConn football’s brand identity across all digital platforms. He manages a team of creatives, overseeing the development of high-quality visual content that drives fan engagement and recruitment. His role with the program encompasses content creation, team management, and creative direction to elevate the program’s visibility and align with the university’s overall brand.
He oversees all videography and photography operations, managing content planning, shooting, and editing for games, events, and player features. Green directs and produces content for home and away games, including high-impact videos, player highlights, and real-time game-day updates. He takes the lead on design of all motion graphics to showcase athletic achievements and drive marketing campaigns, increasing fan engagement and recruitment visibility. He also is responsible for concepts and design of new locker room and training facility signage to align with the team’s refreshed visual brand.
Green came to UConn after serving as the assistant director of creative services at Stony Brook University from October 2021 through February of 2023. He assisted in leading the creative content strategy for all of Stony Brook athletics, focusing on graphic design, video production, and motion graphics to enhance the program’s digital presence and support its branding initiatives.
He served in a graduate assistant role as the director of new media at Elmira College for two seasons, working within the athletic's sports information department. He earned his master's degree in education from Elmira.
A graduate of Binghamton University, Green earned his bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design.
