Paige Hilliard begins her third season working on the UConn football staff in 2025. Hilliard begins her second season working as the team's director of on-campus recruiting. She joined the Huskies in the spring of 2023 as a recruiting coordinator.
She is responsible for the development of recruiting events and managing a recruiting schedule. She runs recruiting operations on game days as well as various recruiting events. She oversees a student staff as well. During her first season, she assisted in the development of all event planning and management around recruiting.
She earned her degree from Illinois State University in 2022 where was a scholarship student-athletes on the volleyball team from 2019 through 2022. She played one season of volleyball at LSU before transferring to Illinois State.
