At UConn: Took home All-Conference honors as a junior after earning third-place finishes in both backstroke events at the Conference Meet... Was the recipient of Connecticut's John Squires Most Improved Male Swimmer last season... Competed in the 2014 Winter Nationals and has improved in his freestyle events throughout his time at UConn... Improved greatly in the 100 and 200-yard backstroke events and earned All-Conference honors as a sophomore... Could contend in the freestyle races next season as a senior.
Achievements: High school All-Conference, All-State, All-American, Class M State Record in 100 backstroke.
