Huskies To Have Games Televised

STORRS, CT (August 21) – The University of Connecticut men’s soccer program will have two games televised by the Comcast Network (CN8) in a college soccer series during the 2003 season. The Comcast Network will be airing 10 live games this season, including nationally ranked UConn, Maryland, Penn State, Boston College and Pennsylvania.
UConn’s game against Boston College at Morrone Stadium on September 24 in Storrs will be shown on delay on Friday, September 26 at 8:00 pm. The second game will be at Maryland on October 12. The game will be aired at 3:00 pm.
CN8’s college soccer will air weekends from September 5 through November 9. Throughout the 2003 fall season, CN8 will feature a total of 10 games between 13 nationally ranked schools.
