Sacred Heart Contest Makeup Date Announced

STORRS, CT (March 22) -- The University of Connecticut baseball team's home opener scheduled for March 23 against UMass has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions.  The Huskies and Minutemen will square off on Wednesday, April 14 at 3:00 p.m. in Storrs. 

UConn's contest against Sacred Heart, which was originally scheduled for March 17, has been rescheduled to Thursday, May 13th at 3:00 p.m. in Storrs. 

The Huskies will look to extend their winning streak to nine games on Wednesday, March 24 when they take the field against Hartford.  Game time is set for 3:00 p.m. in Storrs.
