STORRS, Conn. - The No. 1 University of Connecticut women’s basketball team’s showdown with Florida State, which is scheduled for Tuesday, December 21 is SOLD OUT! Game time is set for 7 p.m. at the XL Center in Hartford and the contest will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
The Seminoles enter the weekend with a 9-2 record and are ranked No. 15 in the country. The Huskies sold out the XL Center once last year as 16,294 fans were in attendance to watch No. 1 UConn defeat No. 2 Stanford on December 23.
