ADA

Seating: ADA seating is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information or if you need ADA seating, please visit UConnTickets.com, email athtickets@uconn.edu or call 1-877-AT-UCONN (1-877-288-2666) Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Animals: Service animals or service animals in training are welcome at PeoplesBank Arena and Gampel Pavilion. Paperwork is required.
Communications: Individuals seeking communication access via sign language interpreters, captioning, and other auxiliary aids should contact UConn Interpreting Services (UCIS). Requests can be made directly at ucis.uconn.edu/request/.
Concessions: All full-service concession stands are ADA accessible.
Elevators
- Gampel Pavilion: An ADA accessible elevator is available upon request. For access, please contact an event staff member or security personnel.
- PeoplesBank Arena: An ADA accessible elevator is available upon request to access the mezzanine level, lower bowl or floor seating. For access please visit Guest Services behind Section 124 or contact an event staff member or security personnel.
Entrances: All entrance gates are ADA accessible with the exception of the Champions Club entrance.
Parking
- Gampel Pavilion: ADA accessible spaces are located within the North Garage and South Garage. For more information, please visit UConn Office of Institutional Equity at accessibility.uconn.edu.
- PeoplesBank Arena: For more information, please visit LAZparking.com.
Restrooms: Handicap accessible bathrooms are located at the four main entrances of the arena. Women's restrooms are located at the South and North entrances, and Men's restrooms are located at the West and East entrances. Single use restrooms are available in back-of-house spaces — If needed, please speak to a member of the event staff, and an escort will be provided to those spaces.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Gampel Pavilion: Located at the North entrance at the fire department call box.
PeoplesBank Arena: Located next to First Aid behind Section 113 and at Guest Services behind Section 124.

Alcohol Policy

Any attempt to bring outside alcohol into Gampel Pavilion or the PeoplesBank Arena is a violation of facility regulations and may result in the guest being denied admittance, ejected, arrested and/or tickets being revoked.

Alcohol is available for purchase for individuals 21 and older inside Gampel Pavilion and the PeoplesBank Arena.

Animals

Animals are not permitted inside the PeoplesBank Arena or Gampel Pavilion with the exception of service animals and service animals in training, and of course Jonathan XIV.

ATM’s

Gampel Pavilion: Prior to entry ATM’s can be found across the street in the Student Union and the UConn Bookstore.
PeoplesBank Arena: ATM’s can be found in the PeoplesBank Arena main atrium and on the concourse at section 102. PeoplesBank Arena is a cashless facility though, and will only allow for cash transactions when purchasing tickets at the box office.

Baby Changing Stations

Gampel Pavilion: Available in all restrooms. Men’s restrooms are located near the East and West entrances. Women’s restrooms are located near the North and South entrances.
PeoplesBank Arena: Available in every women's restroom and the family restroom located behind Section 108.

Lactation Space

Gampel Pavilion: A Mamava Lactation Pod is located off the concourse in the West corner of the facility. To access the space, please speak to a member of the event staff and an escort will be provided. To unlock the pod, you will need to download the app Mamava on your phone, search your nearby location, select Gampel Pavilion, and a temporary access code will be provided to you to open the door.

Bag Policy

All bags must adhere to the 12 H x 6 W x 12 L approved bags policy and will be searched upon entry to the arenas. Diaper bags are permitted in the company of a small child and subject to inspection at all entrances. Bags carrying medical needs are also permitted and subject to inspection at all entrances. Binoculars

Guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars in the arena and are subject to inspection at all entrances.

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or notify the nearest event staff member or security personnel.

Event Staff members are located throughout the concourse and arena areas. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or notify the nearest event staff member or security personnel.

First Aid/EMS

Gampel Pavilion First Aid is located on the concourse by Sections 11 & 212.
PeoplesBank Arena First Aid is located on the concourse behind Section 113.

Guest Services

Gampel Pavilion Gameday Ambassadors can be found at North, South and East entrances and can provide assistance, information or answer any questions on gameday.
PeoplesBank Arena Guest Services is located on the concourse behind Section 124.

Lost Guests

Please immediately notify the nearest event staff member or security personnel should a member of your party become separated or lost.
