STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut 2011 baseball media guide has been added to UConnhuskies.com. The baseball team unveiled its first color media guide on Monday.
The media guide provides a preview of the 2011 season along with profiles of the players and coaches. The guide also presents a history of one of the most historic baseball programs in the country, dating back over 115 years.

The baseball team opens the 2011 season on Friday, Feb. 18 against Purdue as part of the BIG EAST/Big Ten Challenge in Florida. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. (EST). Live stats are available via GameTracker and can be found at UConnHuskies.com.
