Baseball To Play Three Off-Campus Prime Time Games

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut baseball team will play three off-campus games in April and May under the lights across the state.
UConn will take on BIG EAST foe Georgetown on Friday, April 22 at New Britain Stadium, home of the New Britain Rock Cats - the Eastern League affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. Game time is 6:00 p.m. and the contest is part of a three-game series between the teams with the other two games in Storrs.

The Huskies will also play a pair of games in May at Dodd Stadium in Norwich - home of the New York-Penn League Connecticut Tigers. The facility was also the site of last year's NCAA regional tournament, hosted by UConn. The Huskies will take on USF on Saturday, May 7, at Dodd Stadium at 6:00 p.m. and then return the following Friday (May 13) to play Louisville - also at 6:00 p.m. Those games are also part of a three-game weekend series with the other contests in Storrs.
