ROME - The University of Connecticut women's basketball team visited the magnificent Villa d'Este on Saturday, which was built by Cardinal Ippolito II d'Este in the 16th century.
The villa is located in Tivoli, Italy, which is 15 miles from Rome. The villa is built on the top of a hill, which overlooks Rome.
The team then enjoyed their last full day in Rome with some free time and a dinner at Hard Rock Café.
UConn is set to travel to Florence tomorrow and will play the Nigerian National Team on Monday at 6 p.m.
