Time Change for Baseball Game at Dodd Stadium

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut baseball team's first game at Dodd Stadium in Norwich on April 21 against Rutgers has been moved to 5:00 pm.
The time change was made to avoid a conflict with the UConn football team's "Blue-White Spring Game" at 1:00 pm at Rentschler Field that Saturday.
The Huskies will host Rutgers for the series opener on Friday at 3:00 pm on campus at J.O. Christian Field, before wrapping up the series on Sunday at 1:00 pm.
April 21 marks the first of three home dates for Connecticut to be played at Dodd Stadium, home of the New York Penn League's Connecticut Tigers. The Huskies will play a total of four games in Norwich, including a doubleheader against Cincinnati on May 5 and one more game on May 15 against Rhode Island.
