Football 101 Was A Night Full Of Fun

Clinic participants enjoyed a cocktail hour, shopping (courtesy of The Hip Husky), silent auction and a meet-and-greet before taking the field with the Husky team for light drills and on-field fun.
Proceeds of the event benefited programs for women's cancer prevention and research at UConn Health.
"It's a great blend of different interests in what they wanted to get done," said UConn football
coach Bob Diaco said. "And there's something for everybody. To impact this group and have it permeate in their communities, we're just spreading the great game of football."

STORRS, Conn. - The Third Annual UConn Football 101 Clinic - presented by Fox 61 -- was held on Wednesday night at the the Burton Football Family Complex and Mark R. Shenkman Training Center in Storrs.
