"We have been executing with some great consistency against quality competition. I'm looking forward to see us continue our upward trend in our last fall competition next weekend."
The UConn doubles team of senior Justin Warren (Durham, N.C.) and junior Brady Flanagan (Overland Park, Kans.) went 3-0 on the weekend with wins over teams from St. Bonaventure, Marist and Sacred Heart. The duo won 6-3 over Bonnies' Marco Rivolo and John Rutkowski and won 6-4 over Marist duo Max Darrington and Kian Yazdi.
They closed out the weekend with a 7-5 win over SHU's Christopher Sause and Francisco Del Valle.Â
