Honoring our seniors leading up to senior night
Senior Tributes: Kennedy Arundel | Danielle Cabel
STORRS, Conn.—Senior night for the UConn women's volleyball team is quickly approaching, with only one day left on the countdown. Senior libero and defensive specialist Elizabeth Kline is third honoree on the list.
Elizabeth is a native of Glenshaw, Pa. She has been such a versatile player for the Huskies throughout her college career at both the libero and defensive specialist positions. She has been on an All-Tournament Team five different times during her career, reached 1,000 career digs on Nov. 1 in a match against UCF, and was recently named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll for her performance during the opening weekend of November. In the American Athletic Conference she is top-10 in the conference for digs this season.
Much like our other seniors Elizabeth has devoted her life not only to her studies and UConn but also to the game of volleyball. Watch the video below as Elizabeth addresses the sport she loves in her edition of, "Dear Volleyball".
