UConn Women’s Hockey Game Moved to XL Center

STORRS, Conn. – Head Coach Chris MacKenzie and the UConn women's hockey team have announced a schedule change for its Feb. 9 tilt against Hockey East foe Vermont.

The contest, which was originally slated for a 3 p.m. start at the Freitas Ice Forum, had been rescheduled for a 1 p.m. puck drop, and will now be played at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn.

Admission to the game is free, with General Admission seating. Fans in attendance will receive a free ticket to the men's hockey game, which will take place at the XL Center, later that day at 5 p.m.
