Dulaney Earns All-Conference Performance 500 Free

INDIANAPOLIS – Sophomore Ryan Dulaney highlighted day two of The American with an All-Conference performance in the 500 Free on Thursday night from the IUPUI Natatorium.
Dulaney has been superb in her long distance events all season long and delivered with a third place finish in 4:49.05.
The UConn 200 Free Relay team consisting of Brazil Rule, Jackie Van Lew, Linnea Anderson and Madeline Blair recorded the second fastest time in UConn history with a time of 1:32.44.
In the 200 IM, the Huskies had five swimmers reach the finals with Megan Wenman (9th), Katie Breault (10th), Georgia Apostolu (14th), Katelyn Walsh (15) and Jennie Novak (16th) all scoring points for the Huskies.
The women's team closed day two in fourth place with 192.5 points. For full results from day two, CLICK HERE.
We definitely improved our times from the morning session which is very exciting," said head coach Chris Maiello. "Overall, I'm impressed with our collective ability and attitude, everyone is contributing up and down the lineup and that is what championship season is all about. Especially with all our best events coming up the next couple days"
