Flex packs are a recent addition to the single-game ticket option available for UConn fans to attend football games that provide two primary benefits: affordability and flexibility.

As one of the lowest priced single-game ticket options, a flex pack is like a mini-plan in that it includes multiple tickets, a minimum of six tickets is required for purchase. However, the difference and benefit is you can flex the tickets to use them in any increment (quantity) at any variation of games. Additional tickets can be purchased up to any quantity. If you're a family of seven looking to go to one game, no problem. Purchase a flex pack and add another ticket.

When you purchase a flex pack, you are not committing to or required to purchase specific games. It is essentially an "undated ticket". You get to pick the games and use the tickets at your convenience throughout the season. Use two tickets to three games, all six tickets to one game, or one ticket to each home game of the season.

Ultimately a flex pack provides flexibility with no commitment upfront. It's a perfect fit for the fair weather fan, literally. If the weather looks good on a Friday for a Saturday game, simply use your flex pack tickets and go online to pick your seats for the game, even in a short window. If youth sports in your family play a major role in your schedule, buy a flex pack now for better seats and decide what game to go to later. Flex packs allow fans to make decisions to attend games when they want and how they want.

HOW FLEX PACKS WORK:

A flex pack consists of a minimum of six single-game tickets for $15 each, for a minimum total of $90.
Purchase additional tickets up to any quantity after the minimum of six is purchased (e.g. 10 for $150, 15 for $225, 20 for $300, etc.).
Tickets can be used in any increment (quantity) and in any combination of regular season home games (see examples below).
Once you know the game(s) you want to go to and how many tickets you want to use, login to your account online at UConnTickets.com and pick your seats.
Your tickets will be sent to your email account as a QR code or printable PDF. You can use the QR Code on your smartphone on gameday, or print the PDF at home and bring it with you to the game.
Flex pack tickets can be used only for 2019 regular season home UConn Football games. No payment credits will be used for unused tickets.

EXAMPLES OF HOW IT WORKS:

Example 1: Jonathan purchases 10 vouchers for $15 each, a total of $150.

When he buys a flex pack he knows for certain that he wants to go to the season home opener on Thursday, August 29 versus Wagner College at 7 p.m., so he uses two tickets immediately for him and his buddy.
Jonathan uses two more tickets for Homecoming on Saturday, October 19 versus Houston to see all of his old college friends back for the weekend.
Since he has six tickets left, he uses four to salute his friends at the Huskies and Heroes game as part of Military Appreciation Night on Friday, November 1 versus Navy at 8 p.m.
His buddy Randy calls him on Friday and thinks tomorrow (Saturday) is a great day to tailgate at the Rent, so he uses his last two tickets for the final regular season home game on November 23.

Jonathan can decide immediately how and when he wants to use some or all of his tickets, or he can wait and see how his schedule pans out for he and his friends and family and make his decisions later. Example 2: Randy purchases a flex pack that includes seven tickets for $15 each, a total of $105.

Randy has a family of seven, so he buys a flex pack that includes six tickets and adds one additional ticket for $15. He uses all seven tickets to go to the first Saturday home game against Big Ten opponent Illinois on September 7 at 3:30 p.m.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to know the games I want to go to when I buy a flex pack?

No. The only thing you need to know is how many tickets you want to buy. A minimum of six tickets is required, but you can purchase additional tickets up to any quantity for $15 each. If you're a family of 7, purchase a flex pack and add one additional ticket. Remember, they're essentially "undated tickets", so you can use the tickets whenever and however you want (any combination) any time after you purchase.

If you do know the games you want to go to when you buy a flex pack, you can certainly pick your seats immediately after you purchase a flex pack. The earlier you decide what games you want to go to and how you're going to use your tickets, the better seat locations you have to choose from.

Do I need to need to use all of my flex pack tickets in one transaction?

No. After you purchase a flex pack, tickets can be used in any quantity for any combination of games. You can go online in July and use two tickets for a September game, then go back in October and use more of your tickets. You do have the option to use them all for one game in one transaction, but one of the benefits is that you don't have to. You can wait to use your tickets until you know what games you can or want to attend.

Am I locked into any particular game?

No. There are no exclusions and you can use the tickets for any game you want.

Do I have to buy a certain amount of tickets?

Yes. But only six. As "undated tickets", you can use them in any combination and can also purchase additional tickets at just $15 each.

How can I choose my games?

However you would like. There are no exclusions to any of the regular season home games, therefore you can choose any game(s) based on what's best for you or what games you want to go to. The earlier you pick the games the better seat locations you will have to choose from. All tickets are first-come, first-served while supplies last.

What is the best way to get the best seats using flex pack tickets?

Flex pack tickets provide access to better seat locations in the Reserved Endzone price level (see seat map here) than the traditional single-game ticket. Also, the earlier you pick the games the better seat locations you will have to choose from.
