Lindsay Dickinson Makes USA U-21 National Team

STORRS, Conn. - Sophomore Lindsay Dickinson has been selected to compete with the Unites States U-21 Women's National Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Dickinson has been a part of the US U-19 National Team for the past two years. While in Storrs, she has started 45 of the 46 games the Huskies have played and contributed to two Big East regular season and two Big East tournament championships. Â
The UInited States squad will begin training starting next month in Chula Vista, Calif. from February 20 to 24. Their second training camp will take place alongside the other women's Junior National Teams from March 27 to 29 in Chapel Hill and Durham, N.C. These training camps will be part of the team's year-long preparations for the Junior Pan American Championship that will take place from November 30 to December 13 in Santiago, Chile.
Dickinson joins Jessica Dembrowski, Karlie Heistand and Casey Umstead as recent Huskies to compete with the United States U-21 Women's National Team. Last week Heistand and Umstead were selected for the United States Women's National Team.
