Samuelson to Compete for Team USA vs. UConn

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Former UConn women's basketball All-American Katie Lou Samuelson will be on the U.S. National Team roster that will compete against the Huskies in an exhibition next Monday, Jan. 27.
Samuelson joins former UConn standouts Sue Bird, Tina Charles, Breanna Stewart and Diana Taurasi on the U.S. roster.
The game will air on ESPN2 at 7 p.m. from the XL Center. Tickets for the exhibition are available HERE.
Following its exhibition vs. UConn, the U.S. will take on Louisville on Feb. 2. The team will travel to the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Belgrade, Servia, from Feb. 6-9.
