UConn WBB Announces Updated Broadcast Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – Following the announcement of UConn women's basketball's remaining BIG EAST schedule last week, the Huskies announced updated television coverage and tip times for the 2020-21 season Thursday.
SNY, the official television home of the UConn women's basketball team, will broadcast an additional 13 games this season, including Dec. 29th's matchup vs. No. 18 DePaul.
So far this season, the Huskies are averaging a 5.50 Household rating on SNY in the Hartford-New Haven DMA, tied for the second-best performance ever on SNY through five games. Tuesday's UConn game vs. Villanova out-delivered the two nationally televised NBA Season Opener games (Warriors/Nets (1.34 HH rating, +301%) and Clippers/Lakers (1.38 HH rating, +289%). SNY's award-winning pre- and post-game shows are also up verse the same number of telecasts last season by +110% and +36%, respectively. Â
Additionally, the Huskies will have their two January non-conference games featured on ESPN networks. UConn's game at No. 7 Baylor on Jan. 7 will be on ESPN at 8:30 p.m. The Huskies game at Tennessee on Jan. 21 will be on either ESPN or ESPN2.
UConn's SNY games are available to stream in-market (CT, NY, NJ, PA) to authenticated subscribers via the NBC Sports app: http://stream.nbcsports.com/rsn/sny.
Out-of-market fans are able to stream UConn's SNY games at no additional cost to authenticated subscribers who have FOX as part of their television package. Users will need to sign in with their TV provider credentials at https://www.foxsports.com/ or in the FOX Sports app. The games can also be accessed at www.fox.com/sports or in the FOX Now app.
