Join UConn Football for Rebroadcast of 2008 Victory Over Baylor

Game #2 in #UConnTailgate Series
STORRS, Conn. – Join UConn football on Thursday, September 17 at 7 p.m., for its next game in the #UConnTailgate series, which features a rebroadcast of the 31-28 victory over Robert Griffin III and Baylor during the 2008 season. The back-and-forth battle, which included over 700 yards of offense, took place in front of a frenzied crowd at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on September 19, 2008.
Donald Brown carried the ball 34 times for 150 yards and two touchdowns, including the clinching score late in the fourth quarter. Tyler Lorenzen threw for 125 yards and rushed for another 73 while Greg Lloyd and Scott Lutrus combined for 20 tackles, including 5.0 for a loss.
Similar to the first game in the #UConnTailgate series, the Baylor game will be rebroadcast via Facebook.com/UConnHuskies and we encourage fans to live tweet during the game, along with several alums, by using the hashtag #UConnTailgate.
