Join UConn Football for Rebroadcast of 2006 Victory Over Pittsburgh

STORRS, Conn. – Join UConn football on Thursday, October 1 at 7 p.m., for its next game in the #UConnTailgate series, which features a rebroadcast of the 46-45, double overtime win over Pitt at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on November 11, 2006.
Donald Brown rushed for 205 yards in just his second career start and DJ Hernandez clinched the game by scrambling into the end zone on a two-point conversion. The Huskies trailed by 14 points in the fourth quarter but Brown and Hernandez keyed the comeback victory.
Similar to the previous two games in the #UConnTailgate series, the Pitt game will be rebroadcast via Facebook.com/UConnHuskies and we encourage fans to live tweet during the game, along with several alums, by using the hashtag #UConnTailgate.
