Swimming and Diving Announce Fall Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn swimming and diving team returns to the pool as head coach Chris Maiello announced the 2021-22 schedule on Monday.
The Huskies open the campaign with the Swim Across America meet held in Rhode Island before returning to Storrs to host four straight meets. Northeastern and Central Connecticut come to the Zach Wolff Natatorium for back to back meets on October 8th and 9th, respectively. UConn then hosts Big East rivals Villanova and Georgetown to close out the month.
November sees the Huskies host Yale early in the month before heading to Bucknell for a two day event at the end of the month. To close out 2021, UConn will host Southern Connecticut at the Wolff Natatorium for an afternoon meet.
At the turn of the new year, the Huskies host a winter camp from January 3rd-13th before traveling to Rhode Island, the first of three straight road meets. Matchups with Big East foe Seton Hall and New Hampshire round out January.
In February, UConn will host the Husky Invite in Storrs before Big East Championships take place at the end of the month in East Meadow, New York. NCAA Championships will be held March 16th-20th in Atlanta, Georgia.
