STORRS, Conn. – The 10th-ranked UConn women's basketball team (12-4, 7-0 BIG EAST) faces familiar BIG EAST foe Providence (9-10, 4-6) at 7:30 p.m. at Alumni Hall Sunday. The game will air on SNY and the UConn Sports Network.
The game was initially scheduled for 11 a.m. at Dunkin' Donuts Center. Due to severe winter weather and the Providence men's game needing to move, the women's game changed to 7:30 p.m. on the Friars' campus.

Senior Christyn Williams returned after missing three games in COVID protocols and scored 17 points. Â Freshman Azzi Fudd played for the first time since Nov. 22 and added 15 points in 22 minutes. The Blue Demons used a 21-2 run in the second quarter to take a 40-31 lead into halftime. The Huskies outscored DePaul 23-13 in the third to retake the advantage. The teams traded leads nine times and had five ties.
