2023 BSB Schedule Unveiled

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn baseball team unveiled its 58-game 2023 schedule on Monday morning with a program record 23Â home games in Storrs.Â
More information for season tickets and single-game tickets will become available in the coming weeks.Â
UConn returns to action after winning a program record 50 games and winning the College Park Regional to advance to the program's second Super Regional where the Huskies captured their first-ever win in the Super Regionals against No. 2 Stanford.Â
The Huskies open the season on February 17 with a four-game series against the Ohio State Buckeyes down in Port Charlotte, Fla. The non-conference schedule also features series at Cal-Berkeley (Feb. 24-26) and FAU (March 3-5).
UConn plays its first game at Elliot Ballpark on Tuesday, March 7 against Hartford at 3:05 p.m.
The Huskies then embark on its first-ever trip to the University of Hawaii to kick off spring break (March 10-13) and then fly to San Diego to play a four-game series against the Aztecs (March 16-19).
UConn returns home to face Rutgers, a team that won 44 games in 2022, for a three-game series at Elliot Ballpark beginning March 24.Â
Dunkin' Donuts Park and the Hartford Yard Goats have been a staple venue for the Huskies since the park opened in 2017. The Huskies are scheduled to play three games at The Dunk with the middle game of the three-game series with UMBCÂ on April 1st and a pair of midweeks against CCSU (April 10) and Yale (April 25).Â
The midweek schedule features some familiar faces and new foes with Boston College, Columbia, Bryant, Northeastern, Army, LIU, Hofstra and Rhode Island all on the slate this year.Â
The Huskies will host three BIG EAST weekend series with Georgetown (April 21-23), Seton Hall (May 5-7) and Butler (May 12-14) all coming to Elliot Ballpark.
UConn road series consists of St. John's, Xavier, Villanova and Creighton.Â
The four-team BIG EAST Championship will once again be hosted at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio with a start date of Thursday, May 25 and the Championship wrapping up on Sunday, May 28.
