Paige Bueckers Surgery Update

STORRS, Conn. – UConn women's basketball junior guard Paige Bueckers underwent successful surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in her left knee last Friday at UConn Health.

Bueckers began rehab on Saturday and will be regularly monitored by the UConn medical staff throughout her recovery.

Bueckers sustained the injury during a pick-up basketball game on Monday, Aug. 1. She will miss the 2022-23 season.
