UConn Football and CBS Sports Announce Game Times for 2023 Season

STORRS, Conn. – UConn and CBS Sports have announced the game times for five UConn football home games, all of which will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
The 2023 season opener, scheduled for Thursday, August 31 at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field against North Carolina State, will kick off at 7:30 p.m. and begin a third season of UConn football on CBS Sports Network.
Following a one-game road trip, UConn's next home game, scheduled for Saturday, September 16, against FIU, will begin at 3:30 p.m.
The Huskies will then welcome Duke to East Hartford on September 23 for a Saturday afternoon kickoff at 3:30 p.m. while a match-up with Utah State, scheduled for Saturday, September 30, is set to kickoff at 12 p.m.
UConn will return home to host former Big East and American Athletic Conference opponent USF on Saturday, October 21, for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on the network.
A kick-off time and television broadcast information for the final home game of the 2023 season, scheduled for Saturday, November 18, against Sacred Heart is still to be determined, and will be announced at a later date.
In addition to the announcement of the five home game start times, the Huskies learned their road game at Georgia State on Saturday, September 9 will kick off at 7 p.m. and be televised on ESPN+.
