Senior Jenna Zydanowicz Breaks School Record

STORRS, Conn. - Senior Jenna Zydanowicz broke the indoor school record Saturday, January 13 at the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational in Boston at the Track at New Balance.
Zydanowicz competed in the 1000m last Saturday, and clocked a 2:46.67 time for a personal best and a new indoor program record. She finished first in the event with a six-second lead. In second place in the event was freshman Malin Rahm with a time of 2:52.79 and in third place, sophomore Calista Mayer ran a 2:56.29 time. Then, following close behind was sophomore Megan Perrotta with a fifth-place time of 2:58.86.
The Huskies next compete at the Collegiate Showdown in Boston at the Track at New Balance.
