2026 HookC Schedule Unveiled

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn baseball team has announced its 56-game 2026 schedule with 19 contests at Elliot Ballpark.
More information for season tickets and single-game tickets will become available in the coming weeks.
The Huskies have put together another tough schedule with 27 games against teams with a Top-100 RPI including 17 against Top-50 RPI opponents at end of 2025 season. UConn will have 12 games against Power-4 opponents including the first eight games of the season.
The Huskies open the season in the MLB Desert Invitational in Scottsdale, Ariz. (Feb. 13-15) with three games against Power-4 Conference opponents. Schedule and venues have yet to be released by the tournament.
UConn will remain in the desert to face five-time National Champion Arizona State on Tuesday, February 17 and then travel to Tuscon to face four-time National Champion and 2025 CWS participant Arizona (Feb. 19-22).
Other non-conference weekends for the Huskies includes UNC-Wilmington (Feb. 27-March 1), Old Dominion (March 6-8), Portland (March 13-15) and three-team tournament in San Jose, Calif. against San Jose State and San Diego State (March 20-22). The Huskies will have one non-conference home weekend facing off against 2025 NCAA Tournament participant East Tennessee State (May 1-3).
UConn will also play Cal in Berkeley on Tuesday, March 17 and follow it up the next night at Santa Clara (March 18).
The Huskies are slated to play their home opener on Tuesday, March 3 against New Haven.Â
Other midweek contests include home-and-home trips with Boston College (March 10 & April 15) and Northeastern (March 31 & May 12). Road games at Bryant (April 7) and Rutgers (April 28) and home date against Quinnipiac (March 25). The Huskies will return to Dunkin' Park in Hartford, home of the Hartford Yard Goats, for an April 21st game against Rhode Island.
BIG EAST play opens March 27-29 with Xavier coming to Elliot Ballpark. The Huskies will also host Creighton (April 2-4), St. John's (April 17-19) and wrap up the regular season against Villanova (May 14-16).
The Huskies will travel to Butler (April 10-12), Georgetown (April 24-26) and Seton Hall (May 8-10).
The BIG EAST Championship will be hosted at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio from May 20-23. Four teams will compete for the Championship and automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
