NEW YORK – UConn men's soccer standout goalkeeper Kyle Durham has been invited to the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) College Showcase, announced by the league on Tuesday afternoon. Durham is one of 45 collegiate players invited to participate in the showcase in Mesa, Arizona from December 10-13.
The four-day event will give technical staffs from every MLS club an opportunity to scout top collegiate prospects in the nation ahead of the 2026 MLS SuperDraft on December 18 and feature an expanded player pool.
Durham (Brooklyn, N.Y.) started in all 21 games this season in net for the Huskies, recording eight clean sheets en route to being named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team. In his first season as the full-time starter, Durham anchored the Huskies back line, leading the nation in saves making 98 across his 21 matches. The redshirt-sophomore led all BIG EAST goalkeepers in save percentage (.803) and saves per game (4.67) this season. He posted 1.14 goals against average, helping the Huskies to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2018.
The 2025 MLS College Showcase is a closed-door scouting event officially sanctioned by the NCAA. The eligible player list for MLS SuperDraft 2026 will be announced at a later date following the 2025 MLS College Showcase.
