Huskies Suffer Setback to No. 14 Bryant

STORRS, Conn. – The No. 22 ranked UConn men's soccer team lost to No. 14 Bryant Bulldogs, 4-1 on Tuesday night at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium. The defeat is UConn's first of 2025, moving the Huskies to 6-1-3 this season.
The first half began with UConn and Bryant vying for control, but it was Bryant who capitalized on their opportunities, scoring three goals in six minutes, the most goals the Huskies have conceded this season. The Bulldogs recorded goals in the 28th, 30th, and 34th minutes, giving Bryant a commanding 3-0 lead at the half. The Huskies made several attempts on goal but were unable to convert, leaving them scoreless at the end of the half.
Sophomore forward Evan Pickering got the Huskies on the board in the 60th minute, netting his first goal of the season, making it 3-1.
Bryant quickly responded with a goal in the 61st minute, extending their lead to 4-1.
