Women's Cross Country Earns BIG EAST Team Academic Excellence Award

NEW YORK - The BIG EAST Conference has announced the recipients of its 2025-26 Team Academic Excellence Awards, recognizing the conference's top-performing teams in the classroom across each of its 22 sponsored sports.
Among this year's honorees, the women's cross country team earned the BIG EAST Team Academic Excellence Award after recording a 3.81 cumulative team GPA.
The annual awards honor the team in each conference-sponsored sport that posted the highest cumulative grade-point average during the 2025-26 academic year, highlighting the outstanding academic achievements of BIG EAST student-athletes.
