UConn Volleyball Tabbed Seventh in BIG EAST Preseason Poll

STORRS, Conn.ย - The UConn volleyball team was selected seventh in the 2026 BIG EAST Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the conference Thursday.
The Huskies received 48 points in the preseason poll, which was voted on by the league's 11 head coaches. Creighton was selected as the preseason favorite, receiving all 10 first-place votes, followed by Villanova and Marquette.
UConn enters the 2026 season looking to make its mark in the BIG EAST with a roster featuring a mix of returning talent and new faces.
The Huskies will open the 2026 regular season on Friday, Aug. 28, when they travel to High Point for their first match of the season.
