2019: Played in 14 matches, started six. Totaled 710 minutes playing defense and forward during the 2019 campaign. Helped UConn defense earned three shutouts.

2018: Played in 17, started nine matches in first season in Storrs...Led the team with three assists and contributed a pair of goals...Scored first career goal vs. CCSU (8/23)...Picked up first career multi-assist performance vs. UCF (9/30) with a pair of assists...Scored a goal and notched an assist en route to 4-0 win at Cincinnati...802 minutes played were the most for a UConn true freshman.

Before UConn: Jerzak played for both the Djurgardens IF First Team and Djurgardens U19 team. The First Team competes in the Damallsvenskan league, the highest senior level in Sweden while the U19 team competes in the highest U19 level, Allsvenskan. In 2016, Jerzak started 30 games for the U19 team, scoring 15 goals and chipping in 10 assists. With her Polish heritage, Jerzak has also competed on the Poland U17 (15 caps) and U19 (13 caps) national teams.
